Four years ago this week, millions of people along the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast coasts emerged from their homes and saw their worlds literally torn apart — if they still had a home — and worse with Hurricane Sandy causing 285 deaths after the landfalling killer hybrid came ashore on November 2nd near Central New Jersey. Here’s a photo of one man trying to come to terms with his own personal experience and loss along the beachfront road in Manasquan, which was in the bullseye of Sandy’s fury.
